Do you love the smell of freshly baked bread? Our artisan Halal breads taste like they are fresh from the oven, and the best part is this freshness lasts for up to 30 days! It’s no wonder Minnesotans can’t get enough of our tasty all-natural breads.
We follow the Muslim definition of Halal when crafting our breads, ensuring that our bread-baking process and ingredients are permissible under Islamic law.
We pride ourselves on providing high-quality ingredients, delicious Halal bread products to not only Muslim communities. We serve all communities our all-natural breads.
In fact, if you are Kosher or have a plant-based lifestyle, our breads have no animal products in them like eggs and dairy, so they are great for all people. Why not spread the love for Halal bread with everyone!
We have two types of hoagie rolls that come in different sizes and packages. Consumers are eating up our whole wheat and white bread six-inch and footlong hoagies. They are great for any type of sandwich you can imagine from meatball and roast beef sandwiches to avocado toast.
We deliver to local grocery stores like Cub Foods, Kowalski's Markets, restaurants and cafes, and even daycare centers. We are adding new grocery stores and other locations monthly. If we're not near you, request your local grocer to carry our Halal bread items.
If you are unsure which package to choose, we suggest starting with our Whole Wheat Sorghum + Signature bread loaf. Sorghum is a nutrient-rich grain that has been part of a balanced diet for over 8,000 years. It contains essential B6 vitamins and minerals like Magnesium, fiber, antioxidants, and protein. Sorghum is gluten-free, hearty, drought- and heat-resistant, making it a versatile and sustainable grain that can be grown and cultivated in almost any environment.
Sorghum originated in Ethiopia, Sudan, and Egypt, and the word “Sorghum” comes from the East Indies word “sorgi.” From Africa, the grain went to India, Australia, China, South America, and eventually to the United States in the 1800s.
Including Sorghum in your daily diet is an excellent way to enjoy its nutritional benefits, versatility, and sustainability.
